Questions to ask when comparing inclusion packages
From finishes to the finer print. A few useful questions before you choose your package.
Inclusions explained
01How do I compare Bronze, Silver and Gold?
Request a brochure using the package selector above. Ask the team to confirm the current document version and which specifications apply to your selected design.
02What is included, and what is an upgrade?
Review finishes, appliances and fixtures against your selected package. Ask which display features or promotional additions are separate from the permanent inclusions.
03What should I check about site costs?
Ask for the site works, allowances and exclusions to be set out in your tender so you can compare the scope alongside the package price.
04What if I change my selections?
Before making a change, ask how substitutions or later selections will be documented and priced. Confirm the agreed details in writing.
