Fixed Price Tender
A detailed fixed price tender is prepared with costs, inclusions and site requirements. $8,500 tender acceptance fee applies.
Step 04
Design Development
Plans and design details are refined to suit your vision and approval requirements.
Step 05
Approvals
Architectural documents are prepared and submitted for CDC or DA approval.
Step 06
Contract & Compliance
The building contract, insurance, engineering and compliance documents are finalised.
Step 07
Interior Selections
You finalise finishes, colours, cabinetry, flooring, lighting and other selections.
Step 08
Construction Start
Site works begin with your Construction Manager and Site Supervisor appointed.
Step 09
Build & Quality Checks
Construction is managed with regular inspections, updates and quality checks.
Step 10
Handover
Final inspections are completed before handover, with warranties and support provided.
