Interim Tender & Site Review
We prepare an interim tender and complete site checks including survey and soil testing. Before proceeding, request written details of the assessment fee, GST, refundability and any credit toward your build.

Fixed Price Tender
A detailed fixed price tender is prepared with costs, inclusions and site requirements. Review the scope, exclusions and written tender acceptance fee conditions before deciding to proceed.

Design Development
Plans and design details are refined to suit your vision and approval requirements.

Approvals
Discuss the approval pathway for your site, the documents required and who will arrange each submission before proceeding.

Contract & Compliance
The building contract, insurance, engineering and compliance documents are finalised.

Interior Selections
You finalise finishes, colours, cabinetry, flooring, lighting and other selections.

Construction Start
Site works begin with your Construction Manager and Site Supervisor appointed.

Build & Quality Checks
Construction is managed with regular inspections, updates and quality checks.

Handover
